Industry Partnerships
By significantly increasing its strategic partnerships, the Canada Media Fund (CMF) was an active player in 23 television and digital media conferences and markets in nine cities across Canada.
These partnerships not only helped 20 organizations to attract thousands of industry professionals and creators to meet, celebrate, exchange, and debate about opportunities and challenges in shaping Canada’s modern media landscape, they also provided the opportunity for CMF staff to share information and gather input about industry concerns and needs.
In this sense, these partnerships served as a concrete example of CMF’s vision to connect Canadians to our creative expressions, to each other, and to the world.
